Aug 28" cds and two matching strikes of "Paid" handstamps and manuscript ratings adjacent: "Steam Packet Postage 25" and "Inland Postage 18¾" ratings, red "New York Sep 17" cds, carried by Great Western on 10th return from New York Sep. 21 to Bristol arriving Oct. 4, "Bristol/Ship Letter" handstamp and manuscript "1/5" due 1s5d rating for 8d ship fee plus 9d inland postage, London (10.5) arrival backstamp, Very Fine and choice, Freight money covers from Auburn are quite scarce. Estimate  $400 - 600. Letter prepaid 18¾¢ for inland fee to New York plus 25¢ freight money fee for a steamship.
