Grill, horizontal pair on 1861, 10¢ green part paste-up entire to Great Britain (unaddressed portion), Wells, Fargo & Co. black printed frank at top and additionally franked with British Columbia 1869, 5c on 3p burnt red (Sc. #9) tied by neat blue "35" barred oval handstamp of Victoria, carried by express and entering the mails in New York with stamps tied by large segmented cork cancels and red "New York, Aug 28" exchange cds alongside; 2¢ stamp with some perf toning, Very Fine, a rare express usage from Victoria, British Columbia to England, ex Wellburn.
