Pascagoula Miss., entered mails with 3¢ rose (65), huge margins with s.e. at right, tied by "Little Rock Ark, May 8 '66" duplex and bagged for New Orleans carried there on the Arkansas and Mississippi Rivers, transferred to Route 8151 for passage on the Creole to Pascagoula; no flap and reduced a bit at top slightly affecting 3¢, otherwise Very Fine, Illustrated in Milgram on page 212.
