Estimate  $600 - 800. THE SECOND EARLIEST CLEVELAND COVER RECORDED OUTSIDE OF ARCHIVES. The Cleveland Post Office was established October 1804. Mail from Pittsburgh, Pa. via Youngstown, Canfield, and Warren, Ohio and after October 1804 to Detroit, Mich. Population of Cleveland in 1810 was only 57 people. $0 (Image)
