York A. Pkt., Paid, Aug 27" exchange cds alongside, reverse with red London transit and receiving cds's; light vertical file fold affecting 10¢ pair, otherwise Very Fine, an attractive combination showing a 1¢ overpayment of the 21¢ British open mail rate via American packet.
