Aug 22,1864" cds on reverse, "Not Called For" half oval handstamp and blue Dead Letter Office cds, returned to owner with additional 3¢ due for forwarding totaling "12¢" due in manuscript; cover slits from opening at top, Fine, a very unusual underpaid, advertised and dead letter combination, with Richard Graham cover analysis.
