Liberty, "Union" Flag & Globe, red and blue design franked with a 1¢ blue & three 3¢ rose (63, 65) tied by Lansing, Mich. c.d.s.s, Mar 14 (1863) to Richmond Hill, Canada West, with a light red boxed "U.S. PAID 10" and backstamps of Guelph (Mar 16) and Richmond Hill (Mar 17); all stamps damaged prior to use, address largelt faded, still a very scarce patriotic usage.
