U.S. and Foreign, 1850's-1980's, a huge chaotic mish-mash of mint and used stamps, covers, FDC's, picture post cards and ephemera, the disorganized balance of a hoarder's estate, accumulated over decades.
6 large boxes hold mini-collections, in albums, on pages, or in stock books. Catalog values probably mount into many thousands, possibly tens of thousands. This includes some U.S. face value postage.
1 large box holds loose stamps in glassines. Completely unorganized but with occasional value, up to perhaps $100 per item.
2 large boxes hold covers (some with real postal history value), FDC's, and a huge number of picture post cards.
1 large box holds ephemera, such as old Life magazines, a few baseball cards (1960's?), pokemon cards and more.
There is some real value here - and a lot of work to dig through and find it. Bring your own shovel (BYOS). Shipping weight 366 lbs / 166 kilos. Suggested Bid $2,000-3,000 (Image)

U.S. and Foreign, 1970's onward, a mass of souvenir albums from modern merchandising groups. 8 boxes of beautifully packaged albums from the Postal Commemorative Society and similar groups, showcasing U.S. Presidents, Norman Rockwell, Princess Diana, Birds of America and more, there is even a small album with a plastic-wrapped G.B. Tuppence Blue. The pretty packaging is worth many multiples of the value of the stamps. A lot for modern retailer - definitely not for the classics collector. Suggested Bid $100-150 (Image)
