Tied on registered cover franked with 1¢ & 5¢ perf 10 Expo commemoratives + 8¢ Washington-Franklin, all with socked-on-the-nose oval "Model Post Office" cancels, "Panama-Pacific International Exposition / San Francisco, 1915" corner card, markings include red "Commandant, Exposition Guard"; on reverse is purple double circle "Model P.O. registered" postmark dated Mar 4, 1916 (LDU according to Bomar); slight soiling & corner fault bottom left, F.-V.F. cover, rare combination of franking & cancels.
