Scissor cut between stamps partially separating, large margins to just in at top, tied by grid handstamps on cover to San Francisco, Cal., red "Westfield, Mass., Apr 19, 1858" cds with matching "Paid" & "10" rate handstamps; cover a bit reduced at right, Very Fine and rare, one of a few 5¢ pairs known on a cover to California, ex Kapiloff; with 1999 Holcombe certificate.
