1851 Paris, France To Philadelphia, Pa. Double rate folded letter sheet franked with France 1849, 20c black, 5 singles + 1f carmine, two singles paying the double 1.5 francs per 7.5 grams via G.B., bold "New York, 21, Feb 20" entry cds (21 cents per half ounce due the U.S. per British Open Mail (5 cents U.S. inland, 16 cents sea) which was debited to G.B.; file folds and light blue staining at right affecting 1fr stamps, F.-V.F. appearance. Scott No. 3+9  Estimate $750 - 1,000. Sent per Collins Line - Per steamer Baltic, departing Liverpool on February 8th and arriving in New York on February 20th. $0 (Image)
