Cover with "13/5/63 Japan" origin docketing, entered mails with "Hong Kong, MY 28 '63" cds backstamp and "1" penny colonial debit, carried by P&O Ottawa from Hong Kong May 30th to Galle arriving Jun. 16th, then by P&O Candia from Galle Jun. 18th to Suez arriving Jul. 7th, then P&O Poonah from Alexandria Jul. 8th to Southampton arriving Jul. 21st, red London (7.21) transit backstamp, manuscript"24" cent debit, carried by Allan Line America from Londonderry Jul. 24th to Quebec arriving Aug. 4th, sent via Grand Trunk and Michigan Central railroad to Chicago, blue "Chicago, Am. Pkt. Aug 7" exchange cds and matching "U.S. Notes, 52" circular depreciate currency handstamp, British rating crossed out, pencil "45" and manuscript. "45" cent sterling ratings, additional "Due 52¢" at top center; some edge wear, Very Fine.
