Invitation card, Hendon: Organising Committee invitation red card (185 x 120 mm) printed in black in design similar to the issued stationery to the opening ceremony at Hendon - issued to Sir John Lamb, secretary at the Foreign Office and member of the Aerial Post organizing committee. Invitation card, Windsor: Organising Committee small format (100 x 127 mm) invitation to the 9th September inauguration ceremony at Windsor Castle: black on red card with ‘Aerial Post’ logo, scarcer first printing with ‘inauguaration’ error; issued to ‘The Mayor of Windsor’ (Sir Frederick Dyson). Very fine, fresh condition - reverse slight paper loss from previous mounting. A very scarce item. (Image)
