1853 Couriers 1d blue Early Imprssions as SG 2 but on unlisted Pelure Paper horizontal strip of 4, margins just clear to good with complete outer framelines at the base, minor faults that barely detract from the very fine facial appearance, light BN '59' cancels, Cat £6000+ (for singles). A rare multiple.
1863-71 Experimental Separations Perf 12 6d slate-violet SG 75 horizontal strip of 3, and 1/- vermilion SG 77 block of 8 (4x2), apparently unused but manuscript cancellations have been removed still scarce & attractive multiples. Separate RPSofV Certificates (2022) both state "cleaned".
