1865 (Nov 11) cover with imperf 4d pale blue Chalon (3 margins, shaved at upper-left) paying inland letter rate from Ross to Tullochgorum, nr Fingal, the stamp tied by very fine strike of First Allocation 'BN '52' of Ross; flap faults and light crease at top of cover affecting adhesive.
