Air Mail envelope written from the Cheshire Regiment (with crest on reverse) addressed to England bearing Sudan SG 42, 10m carmine and black and SG 45, 5p chestnut and green tied by Atbara date stamp with framed 'Censored / Orderly Room / 1st Bn. The Cheshire Regiment' in violet on face and signed by the Lieutenant, routed via Khartoum. Scarce item of military censorship. (Image)
