1859 Perf 12 by Robinson Woodblock 2/- dull bluish green/pale yellow SG 82 with large seriffed 'SPECIMEN.' Diagonal Handstamp (KTM Type 3), a couple of short perfs, central thin that doesn't detract from the very fine facial appearance, no gum. Type 3 is unrecorded on SG 82.
1867-81 Laureates V/Crown Perf 13 5/- blue & carmine Type I (Blue Line below Crown) SG 140a with tiny seriffed 'SPECIMEN.' Overprint KTM Type 7a in Red, well centred, somewhat aged with no gum. Unrecorded in red by Kellow Turner & McCredie, who record one example of the overprint in black in private hands.
1873-87 Bell Designs Perf 12 1/- bright blue/blue SG 186a with small 'SPECIMEN' Handstamp (KTM Type 12a; no stop) applied at an angle in bright vermilion, well centred, no gum. Gorgeous. Ex Bill McCredie: sold in 2011 for $1455. Illustrated in KTM at page 33, where it is noted as being the only recorded example. [Note: this stamp is definitely Perf 12, not Perf 13, and the colour of the handstamp ink is a long way from the "red" noted elsewhere]
1880-84 Naish 2d brown SG 202b with tiny seriffed overprint KTM Type 12a (No Stop) in Red, a couple of faults, large-part original gum. Rare: Kellow Turner & McCredie record only two examples.
1880s-1890s group with italicised 'Specimen.' Handstamp KTM Type 24a/b in Black (mostly) or in Blue, various to 2/- olive/blue, 1886-96 £5 and £6 (fault at left), 1897 & 1900 Charity duos, and Postage Dues Maroon & Blue complete to 5/- and Green & Scarlet to 5/- (missing the 1d & 10d), condition variable, many with no gum.
