Housed in an old Minkus album this collection is worth a close investigation. Some early stamps of note are # 3, 9, 13, 15 and 230. It continues to 1977 with greater completion after 1950. Barcelona, Ifni, Rio Muni, Fernando Po along with the Offices in Morocco and the Spanish Sahara have good representation. This is indeed a collection to build upon. (Image)
