Selection with London 6d SG 3 (3½ margins), Rouletted 'TEN PENCE' in Blue on 9d orange & 1/- orange, Perf '3-PENCE' in Red on 4d & in Black on 4d unused but with a fault, 'TEN PENCE' in Black on 9d yellow mint with large-part o.g., 'POSTAGE & REVENUE' 15/- to £20 overprinted 'SPECIMEN' with a few original printings, Thin 'POSTAGE' 10/- mint, Thick 'POSTAGE' 5/- mint, selection of 'O.S.' Overprints including forged 'O.S.' on 1d green & on '8 PENCE' on 9d, and some 'OS' or 'SA' punctures, condition of the earlies is very mixed.

1855-58 Imperforates 2d strips of 3 x2 (one with '58' cancels of Robe), strip of 4 (a little cut-into at the base & a bit spotty on the reverse) & strip of 5 (ironed-out crease, superb '33' cancels of Saddleworth), most units with full margins. Scarce multiples & a very attractive group.

1855 London Printings 1d dark green SG 1, almost three margins & a little cut-into at right, a bit aged; 2d rose-carmine SG 2, margins close to good; and 6d deep blue SG 3, margins just clear to huge, just touching at right & at lower-left; all apparently unused, Cat £15,300.
1856-58 Adelaide Printings 1d yellow-green SG 6, close even margins, trivial stain at U/L, unused, Cat £9000. An attractive example of this rare stamp. RPSofV Certificate (2018).
1856-58 Adelaide Printings 1/- orange SG 12, margins good to large with fragments of the adjoining units at laft & base, 'PAID/OC18/1858/ ADELAIDE SA' cds, Cat £500. Superb: probably the largest & finest single we have offered.
1858-59 First Roulettes 1d yellow-green SG 13 rouletted at the top only, an enormous example with a chunk of the adjoining unit at right, light 'KANMANTOO' cds clear of the Queen's face, Cat £65. Superb!
1860-69 Second Roulettes 2d bright vermilion horizontal pair Imperf Between SG 26a, cut from the sheet removing many of the roulettes, GPO cds of 67/JU28, Cat £750.
1886-96 'POSTAGE & REVENUE'Perf 10 £2 Venetian red SG 200, strong colour, unframed 'GPO ADELAIDE/ P5 / SE14/92/S.A' cds (#UF4b-4), Cat £550. [Almost every example we have seen has been cancelled at Moonta Mines, and has a red-pencil mark. Usage elsewhere is rare]
1886-96 'POSTAGE & REVENUE' Perf 11½-12½ 50/- dull reddish pink SG 201a, very fine strike of 'GPO ADELAIDE/ R /FE8/96/S A - [S AUSTRALIA]' duplex (Type DpxT-24 with 25mm datehead; ERD), Cat £700. A very scarce stamp postally used.
1886-96 'POSTAGE & REVENUE' Perf 11½-12½ £10 bronze SG 206a, colour changeling to brown, no trace of a manuscript cancellation but with a dubious cds. Offered "as is".
