Freimarke, zwei Werte als portogerechte Frankatur auf R-Brief (mittig gefaltet), entwertet "ROKITNO 198-XI-1941 GK SARNY" nach Sarny mit Ankunftsstempel "SARNI a 22 11 41", die Marke in Type I hat unten Zahnfehler und einen Bug bedingt durch die Briefklappe, die Type II einen kleinen Gummifleck (verwendungsbedingt), Fotoattest Krischke BPP: "Es handelt sich zweifellos um einen der äußerst seltenen und nur in einigen Exemplaren erhaltenen gebliebenen portogerecht frankierten und auch tatsächlich beförderten Bedarfsbriefe. Der Briefumschlag wurde zunächst als markenfreier Dienstbrief verwendet. Vom Empfänger ist er dann nochmals verwendet worden, was bei den damaligen Verhältnissen nicht ungewöhnlich war. Dabei wurde zunächst nur eine Marke als Porto für einen einfachen Brief verklebt und auch abgestempelt. Danach wurde die zweite Marke dazugeklebt, ebenfalls einzeln abgestempelt und als R-Brief mit handschriftlichem R-Vermerk versehe und als solcher befördert. Die gebrauchsmäßige Erhaltung des Briefes ist u. a. dafür ein Beweis."
