Mostly complete strike of cds on ca. 1885 folded paper bag addressed to St. Helena, Cal. addressed in the hand of William Blacklock (who became American Vice Consul General in Samoa in 1886) and endorsed "Photographs only", franked with U.S. 1882-83, 5¢ gray brown + 2¢ red brown + 4¢ blue green (Sc. 205+210+211) tied by red segmented cork cancels, matching" San Francisco, Cal., Pd. All, Apr 20" cds alongside; some wrinkling in paper bag, F.-V.F., an unusual and rare combination franking usage (Odenweller M07). Estimate  $500 - 750. $0 (Image)
