RUSSIA - 1908-18 7k light blue with VARNISH LINES MISSING variety (Michel 68 I A F, SG 97 var), fine mint (only two stamps hinged) lower left corner IMPRINT BLOCK of 15 with sheet margins to three sides and complete printer's imprint in Cyrillic 'Kreditn. Tiip. 1910. 6'. Note two 'i' in the word 'Tiip'. Some creases in the margins, very fresh & rare. This is a new discovery not listed in A.V.
