POSTAL HISTORY: 1927-28 batch of PPCs mostly from Tomsk (Siberia) to Victoria with a range of adhesives & Cyrilic datestamps, one apparently missent to Malaya with 'IPOH' cds & large bilingual 'PROTECTOR OF CHINESE/PERAK' cachet, several with full Esperanto messages, PPC interest including a group of indigenes & their enormous 'wigwam'-like house, some soiling.  (24)
