POSTAL NOTES: 1915-18 'COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA/POSTAL NOTE' 20/- (+ 3d Poundage) proof in black - 171x86mm - on highly surfaced paper (228x145mm) with 'J.B. COOKE, COMMONWEALTH STAMP PRINTER' imprint at base, a couple of minor blemishes at the lower corners but the impression is superb.
