Expertise: signed Mikulski; 2010 RPS cert. (“…is Genuine”) and 1999 BPB cert. as well (“…genuine in every respect.”). Note: 100 of this stamp were printed (per Michel), and about a dozen covers with ANY of the Far Eastern Soviet Republic airmails are known.
