FAR EASTERN REPUBLIC (Vladivostock), 1923 Airmail cover to Spasskoe Prim. with surcharged 20k on 50k Lilac and Green tied by 28.7.23 Vladivostock cds, arrival cds alongside and on reverse as well, usage on the first and only date of issue and use, extremely rare and very fine. Expertise: signed Mikulski; 2010 RPS cert. (“…is Genuine”) and 1999 BPB cert. as well (“…genuine in every respect.”). Note: 100 of this stamp were printed (per Michel), and about a dozen covers with ANY of the Far Eastern Soviet Republic airmails are known.
