1870 3c Small Queen Cover with Toronto Fancy "2", cover with "Department of Public Instruction" beaver logo on back was mailed Toronto on OCT.10.1870 to London (same day receiver), franked with a deep copper red 3c Small Queen nicely tied by a very fine strike of a fancy "2" cork (worn state of Lacelle #38/39). A very fine cover of a sought after postmark, which is not only uncommon on Small Queen stamps, but quite rare on cover, especially this nice.
