(22.11), with "T" in circle, unframed "T" in red, "ctms/T" in violet (crossed out), manuscript "4" and blue crayon "30", three vertical creases (one just crosses lower right corner perf. of the I.C.P. 2c.) and small faults, nevertheless a spectacular usage through the Japanese Post Office, underpaid since the Japanese Post Office did not recognise any postal stationery cards other than those issued by Japan and, furthermore, both the Chinese and Japanese postage was underpaid as well.
