ENVELOPES - STAMPED-TO-ORDER: KGV 'Star' 1½d red 'TWO/PENCE' overprint ACSC ES57 for City Surveyor's Office, Geelong, used locally with Geelong machine roller cancel, a couple of very minor bends, Cat $400. These envelopes were submitted for uprating after the letter rate increase to 2d on 4.8.1930. The ACSC states that "A small number of users submitted the obsolete 'Star' embossed design".
