1913 (Oct 16) to AH Basset Hull Esq, Sydney with Kangaroo 1d red tied by largely very fine strikes of the 'LHI'-in-bars cancel and 'LORD HOWE ISLAND/NSW' cds, a few mostly minor aging marks. [See also Lord Howe Island Provisionals Lots 399 & 400 above]
1918 (Jan 15) apparently commercial cover to EDE Van Weenan, Sydney with KGV 1d red tied by largely very fine strike of 'LORD HOWE ISLAND/NSW' cds, light folds not affecting the stamp & a couple of minor aging marks, plus 1929 Wilcox Smith cover with KGV 1d green horizontal pair tied by two very fine strikes of the same cds.

1925 (March 12) registered to Munoz, Philippine Islands with KGV 1d green & 5d brown tied by one fair & one largely very fine strike of 'LORD HOWE ISLAND/NSW' cds, very scarce rouletted 'NSW/LORD HOWE IS.' red R label (small surface abrasion & corner fault) affixed at upper-left, '... REGISTRY' boxed arrival b/s, minor edge faults, slightly trimmed at sides & top and re-inforced internally.
1931 (June 6) Francis Chichester autographed flight cover AAMC 184a with 'CARRIED BY AIR/FIRST FLIGHT "Lord Howe Island" TO/AUSTRALIA [signature] PILOT' h/s in violet at upper left endorsed "67", Kingsford Smith 6d violet tied by very fine 'LORD HOWE ISLAND/NSW' cds, minor aging marks on face, light envelope gum stains on reverse, Cat $650. The AAMC states "the spread of seen numbers is between 22 and 123. We believe Chichester prepared between 110 and 130 covers for this sector"; they record 54 of these having been sighted.
1950 (Oct 25) apparently commercial cover to Victoria with NSW Stamp Centenary 2½d solo tied by "Lord Howe Is/25/10/50" manuscript cancel in blue ink, light central fold clear of the stamp & marking. Was the datestamp in Sydney being repaired or having a '5' decade wheel fitted?
1954 (Aug 23) usage of QEII 3½d red envelope to NSW with 'LORD HOWE ISLAND/NSW' cds and Gower Wilson Memorial Hospital Appeal red & black rouletted cinderella label affixed at upper-left (not tied), a couple of minor blemishes. The Gower Wilson Memorial Hospital was built on the island in 1940, and named in honour of Gower Wilson, master of the launch 'Viking', which was lost at sea with all hands between Sydney and Lord Howe Island on or about 1.11.1936.
