Spanish-American war covers, batch of over 25 items including sixteen with patriotic designs, seven being the all-over flag design, two of which have additional printed advertising and one with Cuban franking, the others being various different designs, some of which are scarce and two being from Chickamauga Park, plus two illustrated covers from Camp Poland, Tenn, a Grand Army of the Republic multicolored cover franked by 2c Pan-American, a POW cover to Sweden, a U.S.-Cuba mixed franking registered cover to the Canal Zone and more, typical mixed condition, many fine-very fine.

Insurance company advertising cover and related ephemera extensive collection of several thousand items on plastic pages arranged in alphabetical order housed in six large binders and loose, 19th century including stampless period and 20th century to around the 1960s, including many illustrated advertising covers with some all-over designs and several cameos, many of these with the original enclosures, numerous corner card covers as well as postal cards and picture post cards and a few foreign frankings, all these numbering well over 700 pieces, then there is a great deal of ephemera including stock certificates, documents, some with revenue stamps affixed, policies, advertising cards, matchbook covers with insurance company ads and other ephemera, typical mixed condition, many fine-very fine; an interesting piece of Americana.

Collector's accumulation of interesting covers and cards, comprised of a couple hundred both nineteenth and twentieth century, sleeved and unsleeved, including three western express, five Confederate including a New Orleans postmaster provisional and a prisoner of war cover, three revenues used as postage covers, five local posts, advertising covers, 1861's with some better items, auxiliary markings, stampless, vending and affixing machine covers, air mails, overseas usages, etc., as well as some ordinary items, mixed condition, many fine-very fine; an unpicked lot with plenty of better items so a careful inspection is highly recommended.
