1925 (June) Commonwealth Bank of Australia combined parcel tag & postcard, the parcel tag side addressed to 'The Saving Bank Officer/"Nabiac" Post Office' with KGV Single Wmk ½d orange, 4½d violet & 1/4d greenish-blue (Cat $1500 on cover) tied by Sydney 'CHIEF PARCEL OFFICE' roller cancels, the recipient - having signed the 'RECEIVED 20 Money Boxes' receipt on the face and clipped off the string eyelet at L/R - returned the 'POST CARD' reverse unstamped to Sydney with 'NABIAC/11 JE 25/N.S.W' cds, a few minor blemishes. The 1/9d franking paid the intra-state parcel rate for a shipment weighing up to 5lbs (at 9d for the first 2lbs and a further 3d per additional pound); the 1d postcard rate for the return was not paid, presumably because the Post Office Savings Bank was entitled to free postage on official correspondence.
