1880 Cover from Ludlow to Shropshire bearing a 1d pink stationery cutout, disallowed by the Post Office and charged 2d, refused by the addressee so returned to the sender in a "Returned Unpaid Letter" envelope of the Liverpool Returned Letter Branch bearing a "2d" charge mark and Liverpool squared circle.
