1920, Registered cover to Lwow franked 1Mk blue-violet with metal handstamp double overprint "P.P.C." bearing "POCZTA POLSKA KONSTANTYNOPOL 21.10.1920" cds, a very fine rare item which is possibly unique with this double overprint, cert. Zbigniew KORSZEN (Fischer spec.cat. no.20w Zl. 12000 for ordinary overprint on cover, the 1Mk50 cats with double overprint used Zl. 10000). Note: About 20 different values have been overprinted with this PPC handstamp, very small quantities of 13 to 25 examples, therefore very few covers are existing and some values are unknown on cover.
