The card resided in the collection of Bob Payne for many years, which was acquired intact by Mr. Howard Mader several years ago. A Scott #UX2 with Double "Philippines." Overprint Variety was found a few years ago and reportedly sold privately for $20,000, which is the basis for the Scott listing.
