A useful collection on old Minkus pages with many of the early issues. There is a wide variety of overprints that the Peru collector will find challenging. As the collection proceeds to 1993 it becomes mint. There is a good amount of duplication and condition is mixed. This is an interesting collection that will entice the collector of South America.
