Scott No. Panama F4 + H4, 17, 19 (2), 21  Estimate $1,000 - 1,500. ONE OF ONLY THREE RECORDED ON COVER USAGES OF PANAMA H4, AND ONE OF THE FEW RECORDED COMMERCIAL USAGES OF PANAMA 1896 1P LAKE. Late in 1901, the supply of Colombian A.R. stamps was exhausted. The 5c postage stamps were overprinted with magenta "A.R." oval handstamps and used as A.R. stamps. This stamp is listed as Scott H4.
