Scott No. Colombia F13 + H3, Panama 19  Estimate $500 - 750. THE EARLIEST RECORDED USE OF THESE TWO STAMPS FROM ANY POST OFFICE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PANAMA. Colon received a supply of Colombia F13 and H3 early in 1903. Although Panama also received Colombia F17, there is no indication that F17 was ever sent to Colon. $0 (Image)

Scott No. Colombia F13 + Panama 19  Estimate $500 - 750.
