Scott No. Panama F21 + 155  Estimate $1,000 - 1,500. THIS IS THE EARLIEST RECORDED USE OF ANY BOCAS DEL TORO OVERPRINT ISSUE. The first Bocas del Toro handstamp was applied to Colombia F17 creating Panama F21. Note that the registry stamp was not revalued, although the rate had been reduced to 10 centavos. $0 (Image)
