INTERESTING SPECIALIZED EARLY PRECANCEL COLLECTION, includes a couple hundred mostly different, mounted onto album pages, maybe some scattered duplication but very nice variety, mostly Locals but there are a few Bureaus present, the overall condition is mixed but generally pretty clean, a nice showing of 1894 Issue, 1901 Regular Issue, also some Washington-Franklines with private perfs, a set of Parcel Posts, a nice group of Hawaii, there is also a stock page of what appears to be some duplicates, there are number of inverts and other vareities here, we have included many scans of this collection on our website, don't let this one pass you by, (ENV 300-350) (Image)
