1894 1½d ENVELOPE WITH A RARE SEAL: 17 March 1894 1½d env. registered from Dundee to Germany uprated 1d lilac pair, sealed on reverse with a red stitched paper seal. Most unusual. Also 31 July 1899 small label "Per Sample Post" to Forest Hill with ½d vermilion and attached by string an 1885 silver 3d bit.
