#477, 6c Orange handstamped "Victory," fresh mint single, vivid orange color, possessing full even perforations, full o.g., l.h., attractive fine centering; this overprint was applied to stamps on hand at the time of the allied victory in the Philippines, some in very limited quantities; an especially choice example of this stamp as most have small faults, this example is very rare for its quality with a total only 141 of the 6c Orange issued; 2014 PF certificate.
