1948 Coat of Arms, 10g bottom sheet margin block of eight, upright at left, se-tenant with four center inverted errors at right, folded between stamps, with few opened perfs at bottom, n.h., fine-v.f., with APS cert. Issued in 1948, this error was not discovered until nearly 50 years later in 1997, where 25 examples were found.
