Nova Scotia, 1851, 3d bright blue, bisected, used with two singles, tied across cut by neat strike of oval grid on blue 1856 folded cover with top flap only to Liverpool, England, reverse with neat "Amherst MR 25, 1856" backstamp and front with red "5" credit handstamp, red "Pkt. Letter Paid Liverpool, AP 6" tombstone arrival also ties tow singles; reduced slightly at bottom, two vertical file folds with one barely affecting right stamp, Very Fine; with 1938 R.P.S. certificate where described as "part of cover".
