Nossi-Be 1899 Registered cover from 'Corps d'Occupation de Madagascar' to Marmande (Garonne), France posted at Moramanga, franked by Nossi-Bé 1894 20c. and 40c. in combination with similar Diégo-Suarez 40c., all tied "MORAMANGA/6 DEC 99" datestamp, octagonal framed "R" h/s and octagonal Reunion-Marseille Paquebot datestamp on front, also signed by Commanding Officer, and Tamatave transit cds on the reverse. A scarce franking by stamps of Nossi-Bé on a scarce registered cover from the French Occupation of Madagascar.
