1882 (Jan 16): Great Britain 1880 1 d. venetian red, a single example and a horizontal strip of four, used on 1882 cover from Fernando Chomorro in Granada to Pector & Ducout in Paris, cancelled by three superb strikes of the GREY-TOWN circular datestamp (Jan 16, code B) in black. Great Britain 1870 1½ d. lake-red pl. 3 and 1880 1 s. orange-brown pl. 13 overlapping the Nicaragua adhesives tied by neat GREY-TOWN circular datestamp (Dec 15) in black for full payment to destination with reverse showing faint London transit cds in red.
