1882 Complete set of 26 PROOFS of 'Queen Victoria' postal fiscal stamps, as imperforated colour plate proofs on thick unwatermarked paper, from 4d. up to £20. Few stamps lightly stained otherwise fine. A hard-to-find set missing from many great collections (including Sir Gawaine Baille, 2006).
