1851 3d. dull red on blue paper used on lettersheet from Woodouglandstown to St. John, Newfoundland in 1858, tied by oval of bars, backstamped by circled datestamps "WOODOUGLANDSTOWN/AP 9/1858" in brown, "CHATHAM NB/AP 9/1858" in blue, "ST-JOHNS-NEWFOUNDLAND/AP 26/1858" in black and two part strikes of further datestamps (one oval), and on front with tax h/s "8" as this cover from New Brunswick to Newfoundland was underpaid. GEORGE N.B./NO 2/1861" cds, and on front with red circled US handstamp "PAID/15" and "ADV" in red, fine.
