1837/1853 Two folded covers, one used from Batavia to London by forwarder "THORMANN u. Co. ROTTERDAM" (boxed h/s on front, and 1853 cover to Bordeaux bearing oval h/s "SAMARANG/FRANCO" in green, with all respective postmarks. The early cover with part of back-flap missing (wax seal removed) and vertical fold at left.
