Group of 33 local covers (28 different), each with handstruck hexagonal Arabic marking indicating town of origin, various colors of purple, blue, green, red, black, etc; name of town is pencilled on each cover, those identified include Azemmour, El Ksar, Laraich, Meknes, Safi, Rabat, Fez, Marrakech, Tetuan, Mogador, Tangier, Mazagan and Casablanca; of particular interest is one with corner card of Joseph Roffé, U.S. Consular Agent, Casablanca, with purple vice-consular seal with eagle on reverse; condition somewhat mixed but still f-vf lot of seldom seen material.
